Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) OR Registered Nurse (RN) Join Our Care Team!

Were seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide exceptional care to our patients. This part-time role is for a Respite Nursing Case , perfect for someone who values teamwork, professionalism, and making a real difference in the lives of others.

What Youll Do :

• Deliver skilled nursing care under the direction of a Clinical Case Manager
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient health status and progress
• Support patients and families with education and care guidance
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe and effective treatment

Qualifications :

• Current LPN license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
• Previous experience in home health, long-term care, or a clinical setting preferred (but not required)
