A company is looking for a Financial Aid Advisor to provide guidance and support to students regarding financial aid processes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and guidance through the financial aid process
Accurately document student interactions and maintain financial aid records
Participate in team meetings and contribute to departmental initiatives
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field
1 to 3 years of relevant customer service and / or financial aid experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience in a service-oriented call center is preferred
General knowledge of the higher education industry is preferred but not required
