This is a full time position 40 hours per week Second Shift 12pm-10 : 30pm with rotating holidays. $2.50 / hr Shift differential!

About the Role :

As a Client Care Specialist (CCS) at Angell West Waltham youll play a vital role in supporting both our clients and our veterinary team ensuring a seamless compassionate experience from start to finish.

Youll be :

  • Greeting and checking in clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Scheduling appointments and managing discharge processes
  • Supporting emergency visit coordination with calm and efficiency
  • Acting as a key liaison between pet owners and medical staff
  • Driving a shuttle to our Boston location.

What Were Looking For :

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stay organized and calm in high-energy settings
  • A passion for helping animals and their people

    • As this position requires excellent attention to detail as well as verbal and written communication skills we require applicants to include a cover letter with your application showcasing your writing skills.

    COMPENSATION :

    Starting $20-21hr candidates hired for second shift will receive an additional $2.50 / hr shift differential.

    Please note that candidates with additional experience or credentials may be eligible for compensation aligned with their qualifications
