Stamford Health is seeking a full-time B / C OB / GYN Associate Director for an exciting new practice "Oula provided by Stamford Health" —a first-of-its-kind midwifery-integrated OB / GYN practice in Connecticut . The ideal candidate is dynamic leader able to lead a collaborative team of certified nurse-midwives in a model that values partnership, respect, and innovation. Position Highlights :

  • 50% inpatient / 50% outpatient
  • 2 laborist shifts / week + 1–1.5 days outpatient + 1 admin day
  • Supervise and collaborate with midwives
  • OB / GYN hospitalist call (1 weekend / month)
  • Teach OB / GYN residents -we are a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons

    • Qualifications :

  • Board-certified in OB / GYN
  • 4+ years of attending experience
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Experience with midwifery models a must
