Location : Greenville, NC and surrounding hospitals (ECU Medical Center, Beaufort, Edgecombe)

Float : Required between ECU Medical Center, Beaufort, and Edgecombe hospitals

Unit : Enterprise Central Staffing Pool

Patient Ratios : ICU 1 : 2, Intermediate 1 : 4-5, General 1 : 5-8

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1,780 - $1,910

ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; Compact RN licenses accepted

BLS certification required

Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience

Previous travel nursing experience preferred

Ability to float between multiple inpatient units and hospitals

Strong adaptability, clinical skills, and effective communication

ICU RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit and other inpatient units as needed

Float between designated hospitals within the Enterprise Central Region

Respond to shift assignments via email notifications prior to each shift

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and clinical standards
