Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred. Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling to patients and families. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in compliance with regulations.
