Field Sales Representative

Location : Milwaukee, WI Job Type : Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Limited Travel Compensation : $78,000 average first-year income | Six-figure earning potential

TF Partners Inc. is Hiring! We're seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. This full-time opportunity offers flexibility, uncapped income, and a chance to make a real impact by helping individuals and businesses access affordable health benefit solutions. What We Offer :

What You'll Do :

  • Consult with business owners, HR leaders, and employees to offer benefit solutions
  • Build client relationships through face-to-face interactions

  • Train and support new team members as you grow
  • Attend weekly meetings and development sessions
  • Represent TF Partners in your local territory as a trusted advisor
