VP of Finance

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a VP of Finance to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $175,000 to $220,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities :

Lead the development and execution of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Analyze financial performance and key metrics to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Monitor and assess financial risks and opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.

Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies and procedures.

Develop and implement capital allocation strategies to support business growth and expansion.

Evaluate investment opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic alliances.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.

Experience :

Experience in the direct selling or fitness industry is highly desirable.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance and business results.

Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
