Associate, Purchasing

Service Champions is seeking an experienced Purchasing Associate to support our Operations Department by managing procurement processes, supplier relationships, and inventory coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you have a strong inventory management and purchasing background, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities :

• Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in details, quantities, and specifications
• Research and assess supplier capabilities, pricing, and product quality
• Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions, contracts, and agreements
• Prepare monthly and annual purchasing reports for management review
• Collaborate with inventory management teams to monitor stock levels and reorder points
• Track order status and promptly report any delivery issues to supervisors
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and relevant regulations
• Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and report generation
