Loader Operator

Location : Oakland, CA

Pay : $25–$27 per hour

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 6 : 00 am–2 : 30 pm (hours may vary depending on production)

Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

We’re hiring a Loader Operator to help turn old concrete and asphalt into high-quality construction materials and keep tons of waste out of landfills! You’ll be part of a tight-knit crew using modern, low-emission equipment to support major construction projects while improving the local community.

Who You Are

• Previous experience in construction, recycling, mining, or other heavy work environments.
• Experience with Wheel loaders, Skid-Steer Loaders and Backhoe Loaders required.
• Strong work ethic, dependable attitude.
• Basic mechanical understanding of pumps, belts, valves, and pressure gauges.
• Reliable team player who can follow directions and communicate clearly on the job.
• Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
