A company is looking for a Client Relationship Associate to support client relationships and ensure effective communication and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Build client trust and confidence through effective delivery of services and technology
Maintain an in-depth understanding of clients' business needs and proactively communicate with relevant departments
Provide feedback and support to clients while identifying opportunities for growth and resolving escalated issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
Two or more years of experience in analytics, accounting, finance, operational management, or a related field
Knowledge of reimbursement methodologies and industry trends
Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD coding, MIPS, and CDS
Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of products
