Entry Level Promotions Assistant

Position Overview

We are looking for a Promotions Assistant

to support in-person promotional campaigns with a strong focus on

sales, customer engagement, and brand ambassadorship . This role involves interacting directly with customers, promoting client offerings, and supporting sales goals during live activations and events.

Key Responsibilities

Promote client products or services through face-to-face interactions.

Act as a brand ambassador by delivering clear, confident messaging to customers.

Support sales initiatives by generating interest and encouraging participation or sign-ups.

Track customer interactions and share feedback with team leads.

Maintain a professional and energetic presence during promotions.

Follow brand guidelines and sales scripts as provided.

Collaborate with the team to meet daily promotional and sales targets.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers face to face.

Sales-driven mindset with a positive, goal-oriented attitude.

Previous experience in sales, promotions, customer service, or brand representation is a plus but not required.
