Position Overview: As our Automotive Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in our mission to deliver exceptional customer service and streamline our service operations. You’ll oversee the service experience from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction at all three of our locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer service inquiries and facilitate smooth communication between customers and technicians.
• Coordinate and oversee service appointments, ensuring a seamless process across all locations.
• Implement and maintain efficient service workflows and processes to increase productivity.
• Provide customers with clear, accurate estimates and updates on their vehicles.
• Work closely with management to improve service performance and expand operations.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, building long-term relationships with clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred but not required, with a strong understanding of service processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks at once.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards and operational efficiency.
