Key Responsibilities

• With specific parts ownership, this role will drive manufacturing process improvements across multiple process steps that spans the full value stream of the parts.
• Provide focused & effective leadership in the advancement of MRL elements to drive manufacturing risk identification and mitigation to achieve superior quality performance.
• Identify & implement process optimization & control methods to eliminate / prevent quality turn backs / escapes and reduce overall product costs.
• Lead significant projects critical to improve manufacturing process capability & quality performance, and execute process tryout, Delta FAI, PARs, Delta PPAP, EFPR
• Assist with problem solving during manufacturing related investigations. Own RCCA (root cause corrective action) for corrective action and mistake-proofing non-conformances in the part families; implement and monitor process certification and report on the health of the forge cell as it relates to our customers' quality requirements.
• Demonstrate commitment to the EH&S program by complying with all policies and procedures; maintain close liaison with operational departments, suppliers and / or customers to analyze and resolve issues.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
