Key Responsibilities :
Act as a consultant to the HR team for decision-making regarding compensation programs
Support the administration of total compensation and reward programs globally
Conduct job audits, market surveys, and assist in compensation data preparation
Required Qualifications :
2-5 years of experience in global compensation
Experience in the high-tech industry is preferred
Functional knowledge of compensation business processes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems such as Workday
Hands-on experience in managing compensation program implementation
