Northwest Physicians Group (NPG), the employed provider group of Northwest Texas Healthcare System, is seeking a Board Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Neurosurgery team for a clinic-based position.
Opportunity highlights :
- Board Certified NP or PA
- Active, clear Texas license
- Neurosurgery or comparable experience preferred
- Join our collegial team of 2 neurosurgeons
- Position is based at neurosurgery clinic located next to hospital
- See and manage follow-up patients in clinic
- Round on patients and assist with NS call
- Surgical First Assist certification required to assist with surgery

Northwest Texas Healthcare System is a tertiary care facility and teaching hospital known throughout the region for cardiac, stroke, emergency, and children's services. As a Level II and Lead Trauma Center for the 26-county Texas Panhandle and certified Advanced Primary Stroke Center, the hospital treats over 64,000 patients in its ED each year. NWTHS features a Children's Hospital, The Childbirth Center, and Surgical services in robotics, cardiothoracic, vascular, neurosurgery, bariatrics, head and neck, orthopedics, and ortho trauma.
