E-commerce Salesperson
We are seeking a savvy E-commerce Salesperson with strong marketing and digital marketing skills to proactively engage with hot leads from our website. This role involves :
- Responding to Inquiries : Addressing customer queries via chat and other direct channels.
- Follow-Up Communication : Engaging with B2B account holders, bulk purchasers, repeat customers, influencers, and affiliates.
- Driving Conversions : Building relationships and guiding prospects through the buying process to secure sales.
