Sr Program Manager - Hardware Manufacturing

Job Title

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product. Central role in OCI Supply Chain Operations, focused on Process Design, Technology Deployment, and Innovation. This role is positioned to advance our Forecasting and Supply Planning practice within Supply Chain Operations. This key role brings Process, People and (Fusion) Application Software together. Prime objective is to accelerate innovation, drive scale and efficiency, and guide deployment of - among other new technologies - the entire scope of AI (Answer, Author, Action) solutions. It will position OCI's Hardware Supply Chain for the unprecedented volume growth ("Go Big") expected in FY26, FY27 and beyond.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.
• Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget / spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery.
• Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project / product on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
• Fusion Supply Chain Planning expertise to drive the Go-Big deliverables.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
