Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with CS leadership to develop and implement skill development strategies for revenue growth and customer success
Create training content and facilitate enablement sessions, capturing feedback for continuous improvement
Conduct monthly business reviews to measure the impact of coaching initiatives and advise on team development strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in customer success, training, or a similar role
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of sales and customer success methodologies
Comfortable with technology and articulating product benefits
