What Youll Do

• Build meaningful relationships with both prospective and existing clients to drive new business and support retention
• Conduct personalized consultations to identify coverage gaps and match clients with the right insurance solutions
• Manage policy changes, renewals, and service needs with a strong focus on cross-selling and upselling
• Follow up on inbound leads while proactively prospecting through referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
• Support clients through claims processes while reinforcing the importance of ongoing coverage

What Were Looking For

• A self-motivated, competitive individual with strong closing instincts and a hunters mentality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsyou know how to connect, influence, and build trust
• Prior sales or insurance experience is preferred, but not required if you are coachable and driven
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail when managing client accounts
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (full training and licensing support provided)
