The Position:

We are looking for an organized self-starter to generate sales appointments for our senior sales team. You will be the initial face of our organization with new customers - your personality, positive attitude and professionalism will be key to your success.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Driven, confident, and determined to be successful
  • Comfortable using the phone for the bulk of the day
  • Experience selling technical products or services
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal skills (English language)
  • Prior success with telephone and email based sales
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with prospective clients, qualify the lead and perform an analysis of their needs
  • Prior experience using and maintaining CRM systems for lead tracking
  • Working knowledge of eCommerce and technology services is strongly preferred
  • Provide regular reporting to management on outreach efforts, and answering questions and requests as required
  • Open to feedback and coaching
  • Must be generally tech savvy
  • Must be diligent and detail oriented

Bonus Experience / Skills:

  • Prior experience with BigCommerce and other ecommerce platforms
  • Knowledge of web development processes and technologies
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics and digital marketing strategies

The Location:

This is primarily a remote position. However, the position may require you to attend meetings in Philadelphia on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. We are located in the heart of Old City Philadelphia's historic sites, and the office is easily accessible by public transportation.

Initially, new hires may be required to work from the offices until they have completed training and are comfortable in the role, with team members, and are meeting pre-defined goals.
