Sales Account Manager

Join a dynamic and highly successful team as a Sales Account Manager within the industrial supply sector, specializing in metalworking accessories. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a proven track record and an unyielding drive to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accelerate growth within the machine tool accessories product line.
  • Conduct market research to identify new customers and opportunities.
  • Dedicate the majority of your time to proactive outreach efforts.
  • Consistently meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Skillfully handle objections and negotiate favorable agreements.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with an assigned customer base effectively.
  • Participate in the preparation of sales forecasts on various timelines.
  • Deliver timely and effective solutions that align with client requirements.
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market insights in the CRM system.
  • Support product line enhancements by proposing new offerings backed by market data.
  • Communicate proficiently with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and association functions with professionalism and integrity.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives, including the website and promotional materials.
  • Assist in product development, testing, and internal training efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in selling durable industrial products.
  • Extensive knowledge of the manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with both B2B and B2C sales cycles.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong aspiration for financial success.
  • Practical approach to developing optimal sales strategies.
  • Strategic time management capabilities.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and execution skills.
  • Competence in strategy development and project management.
  • Ability to stay informed on current industry standards and innovations.
