Registered Nurse - Oncology

Location: MemorialCare, Fountain Valley, CA

Shift: Night Shift, 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Start Date: March 25, 2025

Duration: 8 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized oncology nursing care in a hospital setting

• Float as needed to Med/Surg, Med/Tele, ED, and Postpartum units

• Administer medications, monitor patients, and document care in EPIC

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience (oncology preferred)

• Active RN License in CA

• BLS & ACLS Certification required

• Experience with EPIC documentation system

• First-time travelers accepted

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: Based on experience (Local candidates receive local rates)

• Base Pay Rate: $59-$64/hr

• Overtime Pay: After 12 hours/day or 60 hours/week

• Holiday Pay: Applies to major holidays

Additional Details:

• Self-scheduling available

• Weekend Requirement: 4 shifts per 4-week schedule

• On-Call Requirement: None
