Talented Payroll Specialist Needed

The Payroll Specialist provides bi-weekly payroll services and supports various human resource functions, including Payroll, Recruiting, HRIS, and Benefits Administration.

Top Skills :

Expertise in payroll processing, particularly using ADP.

Experience with bi-weekly payroll for 100+ employees.

Proficiency in MS Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables.

General HR experience, including onboarding, benefits administration, and recruiting.

Work Environment :

The position is based in a graphite and carbon manufacturing facility and requires onsite work from Monday to Friday, 7 : 30am to 4 : 30pm. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401k plan with a match, and tuition reimbursement after 90 days. Employees are eligible for quarterly bonuses and receive three weeks of accrued vacation per year, along with nine holidays.

Job Type and Location :

This is a 9-month Contract to Hire position based out of Troutdale, Oregon.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
