The Role

Leads and directs one or more project teams engaged in the design implementation and modification of IT projects that span across functional organizations. Prepares project execution plan and identifies appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team. Ensures projects are completed on schedule within budget and meets technical requirements of the assignment. Keeps current on advances in the field of IT. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.

Perform activities in accordance with Agile Frameworks while ensuring compliance with company and divisional methodology guidelines standards and controls.

• Ensure the team has clarity of capacity and demand and provide oversight to maximize the flow of work
• Ensure effective coordination of work within and across teams
• Serve as the primary escalation point for assigned teams
• Actively manage risks impediments dependencies and assumptions (RIDAs)
• Capture and disseminate lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities
• Orchestrate team communications and serve as a point of contact for the system of delivery and governance
• Foster partnerships with stakeholders and conduct communications at appropriate levels
• Ensure decisions are in alignment with Company Division and Portfolio guidelines
• Orchestrate and manage external third party contributions where applicable.

Must Have

Bachelors Degree and 5 years of relevant exempt experience; masters Degree and 3 years of relevant professional experience; Ph.D. and 0 years of experience.
