[job_card.job_description]Pay : $19.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours : No less than 32 per week 401(k) matching Employee discount on dental services Monday to Thursday As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the dentist and hygienist in providing exceptional patient care This position requires a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and organized dental environment while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction Assist the dentist and hygienist with patient care, including preparing the operatory for procedures and ensuring all equipment is properly sterilized Prepare patients for treatment, including taking vital signs and explaining procedures Maintain accurate and organized patient records, including X-rays and treatment plans Assist with dental radiography, including taking and developing X-rays Support the dentist with prosthodontics, endodontics, and other specialized procedures Demonstrate a thorough understanding of dental anatomy and patient anatomy Utilize infection control practices to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients Perform other duties as assigned by the dentist or hygienist Skills Proficiency with dental assisting and patient care

Qualifications
- Experience with dental radiography and X-ray equipment
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy and patient anatomy
- Knowledge of infection control practices and protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dental systems and dental coding
- Experience with pediatric and adult patients
- Ability to work with patients of all ages and needs
- Familiarity with Epic and other dental software systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dental assisting : 1 year (Required)
- X-Ray Certification (Required)
- Victorville, CA 92392(Required)
- Registered Dental Assistant - RDA (Preferred)
