🔑 Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients and financially responsible parties to collect treatment fees and deductibles
Submit assigned invoices using performance tracking software
Monitor, collect, and document rent and invoice payments
Oversee insurance inquiries and coordinate with third-party billing partners
Participate in monthly performance meetings with the CEO and CFO
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and confidentiality guidelines
