Flag and report any repair or part delays to the Customer Service team Keep the workspace clean and organized Coordinate the return shipping of repaired scooters Help answer technical questions from customers when they arise Enjoy working with your hands and have an eye for detail Are a natural problem-solver who likes figuring things out Take pride in doing high-quality work and improving how things get done Are comfortable working with other teams to get the job done Communicate clearly and confidently, both internally and with customers Have some experience with e-bike repair, soldering, or electronics

En tant que membre de notre quipe de service, vous serez lexpert de rfrence pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de nos trottinettes lectriques. Aprs formation, vous prendrez en charge les rparations, les remises neuf des retours, et tiendrez notre quipe du service client informe des mises jour importantes. Vous jouerez un rle cl pour garantir que les clients rcuprent rapidement leurs trottinettes en parfait tat.
Il sagit dun poste temps plein, en prsentiel (du lundi au vendredi), avec un salaire horaire et un bonus mensuel bas sur le nombre de rparations effectues et la qualit du travail.
quoi ressemblera votre journe :
- Effectuer les demandes de rparation (ex. : changements de freins et de pneus, remplacement de contrleurs moteurs, et autres composants lectroniques)
- Inspecter et remettre neuf les trottinettes retournes en vue de leur revente
- Veiller ce que chaque rparation rponde nos standards de qualit avant lenvoi au client
- Soutenir les projets de reprise ou de rvision si ncessaire
- Nettoyer et tester les trottinettes aprs rparation
- Communiquer clairement les dlais de rparation aux clients et les appeler pour confirmer les cots des bons de travail
- Signaler tout retard de rparation ou de pice lquipe du service client
- Maintenir lespace de travail propre et organis
- Coordonner lexpdition retour des trottinettes rpares
- Rpondre aux questions techniques des clients lorsquelles surviennent

What You'll Be Doing :
As part of our Servicing Team, youll be the go-to expert for keeping our electric scooters running smoothly. After training, youll take ownership of repairs, return refurbishments, and keep our Customer Service team in the loop with key updates. You'll be at the heart of making sure customers get their scooters back quickly and in top condition.
This is a full-time, in-person role (Monday to Friday) with an hourly wage plus a monthly bonus based on the number of repairs completed and quality of work.
