Summary

This role will manage the data processing and reporting functions associated with participant and performance data. An Augeo SQL Developer is responsible for utilizing Augeo's data assets and AI to provide analysis and reporting to end users and internal customers as well as manage the flow of data within the environment. You will be developing, testing and implementing ETL packages within Microsoft SQL Server SSIS along with creating ad-hoc queries and reports using SSMS, AI-native tools like Cursor, and Visual Studio Code. Excitingly, Augeo has a new Snowflake data warehouse that you will be helping to build out and transition to. This role blends traditional data engineering with modern AI capabilities to drive innovation and efficiency.

This role operates in a hybrid environment enhanced by AI collaboration platforms . You’ll use tools like Cursor and Copilot to work smarter, not harder. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.
