Key Responsibilities
Make travel arrangements for clients, ensuring adherence to company procedures and guidelines
Provide exceptional customer service to VIP clients, including C-level executives, throughout the booking process
Stay informed about airline regulations and industry requirements to ensure accurate travel arrangements
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of travel agency experience, with proficiency in the Sabre CRS system
Experience in corporate travel and international bookings
Ability to work holidays and maintain regular attendance
Exceptional customer service skills, particularly with high-profile clients
Proficiency in GDS systems and strong knowledge of geography related to travel destinations
