Job Opening : Graduate Civil Engineer – Land Development

Location : Daphne, AL

Type : Contract-to-Hire

Are you a recent civil engineering graduate passionate about shaping communities through infrastructure and land development? Join a team that brings expert engineering to Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana.

Responsibilities :

• Support civil design projects including site development, roads, and drainage systems
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality
• Assist in preparing detailed drawings, reports, and calculations under senior engineer supervision
• Develop 3D renderings and realistic visualizations using Autodesk 3ds Max
• Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and software like Pond Pack, StormCAD, or ICPR4 for hydrologic and hydraulic analysis
• Contribute to feasibility studies, cost estimates, and regulatory compliance reviews
• Collaborate on project coordination and administrative tasks

Successfully complete a CAD proficiency test
