Family Building Blocks is seeking an Unlicensed Mental Health Clinician / Therapist who is bilingual in English and Spanish to join our team. As a Bilingual Mental Health Clinician / Therapist, you will:

• Deliver individualized, family-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based mental health services.
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and treatment planning to identify families in need of targeted interventions.
• Provide support to promote healthy attachment and bonding, address trauma, and encourage developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with other Family Building Blocks programs to maximize family support.

Your compassion, education, and experience will help children and families overcome challenges and build healthy, thriving relationships.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Meet State of Oregon Administrative Rule requirements for a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
• Candidates must possess or work toward MHACBO certification as a QMHP-C unless pursuing licensure through another counseling/social work board.
• At least 6 months of experience conducting assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning through internships or employment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
