Description - What You'll Contribute

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical tests across various disciplines such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology while following established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, address discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in the collection and handling of specimens, ensuring they are adequately prepared for analysis.
• Document all workflows meticulously, contribute to training new team members, and maintain high standards in lab quality control.
• Ensure adherence to a clean, safe work environment while following all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of commencement.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure.
