Job description:
  • Provide centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation and closing of residential escrows.
  • Relieve branch offices of high-volume paperwork.
  • Support a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
  • Process a large volume of escrow documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure escrow files are properly set up, documented, and processed in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Work behind the scenes without direct communication with branch offices, customers, agents, or lenders.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in a deadline-driven setting.
  • Work overtime based on business needs, particularly during peak closing periods and month-end cycles.
Qualifications:
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Flexible and self-motivated.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to follow escrow procedures.
  • Awareness of regulations governing the escrow process is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of escrow processing experience is nice to have.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
