About the Position :

Harris Health System is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for Correctional Health at the 1200 Main Clinic. The LVN provides patient care and education under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice registered nurse, physician assistant, physician, dentist, or podiatrist. Using the nursing process, the LVN addresses patients' physical, social, psychological, and spiritual needs while assisting in determining predictable healthcare needs. The LVN delivers individualized, goal-directed care and coordinates with the healthcare team to enhance patient understanding and outcomes within the LVN scope of practice.
