As a Client Onboarding Director within JPMorgan Chaseyou will lead and inspire senior managers who oversee the onboarding process for new and existing clients. You will collaborate with internal partners sales leadership and senior management to deliver a seamless onboarding experience. Together we create a client-centric culture champion process improvements and support the development of our team. You will help us set the standard for excellence in client onboarding and drive meaningful change across the organization.
Job Responsibilities :
- Define and drive the strategic direction of the onboarding business
- Deliver results while balancing business growth with risk and control considerations
- Foster innovation by integrating industry trends and best practices into team strategies
- Build and nurture relationships that promote a client-centric culture
- Coordinate initiatives and processes to support business plans and deliver firm-wide objectives
- Communicate effectively to challenge assumptions and improve operating models
- Partner across functions to influence shared goals through trust and collaboration
- Develop and expand team capabilities through integrated performance management and compensation processes
- Promote an inclusive work environment that demonstrates the firms values
- Maintain a robust risk and control environment ensuring strong controls and compliance
- Identify escalate and remediate risk and control issues proactively
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills :
Bachelors degree or 10 years of management and client-facing experienceProven leadership skills with experience coaching and mentoring teamsDemonstrated ability to manage conflict and mobilize resources in a team environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong presentation and negotiation abilitiesTrack record of executing strategic initiatives as a change agentExperience in risk management and program quality assuranceAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with internal partnersPreferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills :
