As the lifeblood that keeps the property running smoothly, the maintenance technician's role is crucial in providing an outstanding living experience for our residents.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with high standards in maintenance quality. They display professionalism in all tasks and interactions, ensuring company standards are upheld. This role requires someone who works well independently, has strong time management and customer service skills, and takes ownership of their responsibilities.

Core Responsibilities :

• Service Requests : Promptly respond to and efficiently complete service requests as assigned by the property manager.
• Time Management : Complete all assigned work in a timely manner, effectively prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Outsourcing Judgment : Make accurate assessments of situations that require external professional services.
