Key Responsibilities :

Plan, coordinate, administer and manage nursing care and health education for our guests.

Supervise the care provided by LPNs, CNAs / STNAs, and other team members.

Administer safe and accurate medication-related interventions.

Assess guest health and promptly communicate any changes to the physician, implementing new orders as necessary.

Develop and implement plans of care based on thorough assessments.

Institute effective nursing interventions to stabilize guests’ conditions and prevent potential complications.

Participate in guest assessments (MDS / CAA's) and contribute to care plan development.

Qualifications :

1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.

CPR certification required.
