Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with corporate strategy

Lead cross-functional transformation programs and establish governance for delivery

Develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption across the organization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, healthcare administration, or related field

Master's degree in organizational design and leadership (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH)

10+ years of experience in transformation or enterprise program management

Proven track record of leading large, complex change initiatives

Experience in healthcare, biotech, or regulated environments preferred
