Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead recruitment strategies for high-volume staffing operations
Design and manage onboarding programs to ensure consistency and effectiveness
Implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and enhance employee engagement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Experience in a Healthcare staffing or consulting business
Preference for proficiency with ATS software, such as Greenhouse
Experience in designing and implementing onboarding and training programs
