Account Resolution Coordinator

A highly reputable financial organization in Geneseo, NY, is seeking an account resolution coordinator to assist with past-due account outreach, repayment discussions, and accurate documentation. This role is ideal for someone who values structure, professionalism, and a steady in-office work environment.

Please note, this is an in-office position. Candidates must be within commuting distance of Geneseo, NY.

Hours & Pay

  • Pay : $17.20$17.75 per hour + monthly bonus opportunities
  • Training Schedule :

MondayThursday : 8 : 00 AM5 : 00 PM

  • Friday : 8 : 00 AM4 : 30 PM
  • Post-Training Flexible Schedule :

    • MondayThursday : 8 : 00 AM9 : 00 PM

  • Friday : 8 : 00 AM7 : 00 PM
  • Choose an 8-hour shift within these timeframes
  • One evening shift (until 9 PM) is required weekly
  • Employment Type : Temp-to-hire, on-site only

    Daily Tasks

  • Reach out to individuals with delinquent accounts to discuss repayment options
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and accuracy
  • Conduct skip-tracing to secure updated contact or employment information
  • Negotiate payment arrangements or escalate complex cases appropriately
  • Document all communication thoroughly and follow scripts precisely
  • Verify data for special account circumstances, including bankruptcy or disability
  • Maintain compliance with federal / state regulations and internal policies
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

    • Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of collections experience
  • Strong communication, reading, and typing skills
  • Familiarity with office software and computer systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to follow structured procedures independently
  • Must be within commuting distance of Geneseo, NY (in-office requirement)
