Financial Analyst II

Mayvin is looking for a Financial Analyst to support the Program Executive Office Unmanned and Small Combatants (PEO USC) working from Alexandria, VA. Experience with Navy ERP and PBIS / POM process is required.

Clearance Required : SECRET

Responsibilities :

• Preparation of funding execution documents in Navy ERP
• Tracking and reporting program financial transactions from initiation to execution
• Provide financial status reports and assessments to identify program financial resources and evaluating obligation / expenditure status
• Develop and propose Course Of Actions (COAs) and recommendations
• Assist in the preparation / validation / consolidation of task planning sheets (TPS) within the NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS)
• Assist in the reconciliation of financial transactions
• Assist in Navy ERP to include, but not limited, to work breakdown structure / project structure maintenance and cost-planning maintenance
• Assist with budget formulation and submission
• Assist in the preparation of various presentations, mid-year reviews, quarterly execution reviews, budget exhibits and briefings
