Proficient in Microsoft Office applications : Outlook, Word, Excel Knowledge of mortgage origination, collection, and loss mitigation process and regulations preferred. In-depth knowledge of mortgage servicing and regulatory compliance. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions based on Expertise in managing complex servicing tasks, including loan modifications. Proven ability to resolve high-level customer service issues and escalations. Strong leadership skills to mentor junior staff. Exhibits exceptional customer service abilities. Proficiency in using advanced mortgage-related software and other Strong collaborative ability and conveying information clearly in both Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities to improve servicing Minimum - $47,980 Maximum - $76,769 Competitive Compensation : HSFCU offers competitive pay, merit increases, and incentives. Position Summary
The Mortgage Servicing Professional I is responsible for executing a range of mortgage loan servicing tasks with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and member satisfaction. Key responsibilities include auditing new loan setups, maintaining loan account systems, and addressing member servicing requests. This role also provides guidance to junior staff and resolves escalated borrower inquiries. In addition, proactively identifies and implements process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency, while applying advanced knowledge to assess and mitigate risk.
