Lead Concrete Superintendent

A top ENR commercial builder in the Salt Lake City market is growing and adding a Lead Concrete Superintendent to oversee major self-perform operations throughout the metro. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in building quality work with strong teams.

What You’ll Lead :

• Ground-up commercial projects utilizing both vertical and horizontal forming systems
• Day-to-day field direction of self-perform concrete crews
• Coordination with project teams to keep schedules, safety, and quality on track
• Planning and sequencing work using industry-standard technology
