Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Help to identify and implement process improvements for our DCs to assist in driving customer value, reduce cost per case and increased cases per hour throughput within the network
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and best practices across DC network.
• Partner with all business partners to help support key initiatives as well as projects
• Collaborate with the team and help to drive data driven informed decision making
• Provide insight into re-profiling / slotting DCs to best suit productivity needs to increase CPH and decrease CPC
• Identify, lead, and support continuous improvement projects aligned with business goals using Lean, Six Sigma, and other OpEx methodologies.
• Conduct value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and other problem-solving activities to drive process improvements.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and training sessions to build OpEx capabilities across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, supply chain, and engineering.
• Monitor and report on project outcomes, savings, and ROI to stakeholders.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence at all levels of the organization.
• Travel 50% or more depending on projects and business needs
