Auto Claims Adjuster

A company is looking for an Auto Telephone Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, and damages

Partner with representatives on claims involving fraud or subrogation to achieve optimal outcomes

Handle investigations regarding all aspects of auto claims with discretion and independence

Required Qualifications

2 or more years of experience in a related field (preferred)

Intermediate understanding of insurance policies and industry practices

Ability to identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage

Experience in customer service to meet client needs

Bilingual English / Spanish is desired but not required
