Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,820 to $3,000 per week in Roseburg, OR

• Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm with 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 28 - 30 productivity points per week
• Home health experience required with HCHB experience preferred
• Documentation due within 24 hours
• 13-week assignment length
• 2 - 3 years physical therapy experience preferred
