Bilingual Inside Sales Representative – Farmers Protégé Program

Join our Farmers Insurance Protégé Program in Naperville, IL, where you’ll receive hands-on training, personal mentorship, and the tools to one day run your own successful agency. This is more than a job — it’s a clear path to becoming a business owner with one of the most recognized insurance brands in the country. You’ll earn while you learn, develop professional sales skills, and work closely with a proven mentor who will guide you every step of the way.

What You’ll Do :

  • Build relationships with clients and match them with personalized insurance solutions.
  • Contact warm leads (we provide them) to discuss coverage options.
  • Support customers through policy setup, renewals, and claims assistance.
  • Learn how to build, grow, and retain your own book of business.
  • Work toward earning your insurance licenses with our guidance and support.

What You Bring :

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English).
  • Positive attitude, great communicator, and eager to learn.
  • Self-starter with strong follow-up skills and a drive to achieve goals.
  • Sales, marketing, or customer service experience a plus.
  • Property & Casualty or Life & Health license preferred, or ability to obtain quickly (we’ll help).

  • Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses (Average $45,000–$90,000 annually).
