Carollo Engineers is an internationally recognized environmental engineering firm that specializes in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities. We are seeking a Construction Manager / Resident Project Representative to help oversee and manage a WWTF System Improvements Project.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for budget monitoring, construction quality and safety on the project site
• Prepares monthly contract status reports, budget reviews, amendment requests and negotiations
• Responsible for working as a team with the contractor, client, field team and designer
• Responsible for review of work, rejection of defective work, inspections and testing
• Daily report writing
• Responsible for preparation of meeting agendas and portions of proposals
