Compensation : $190,000 - $245,000 Annual Salary

The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. About the Role :

The People Operations Leader is responsible for leading the company's People Operations Team, which includes our People Support Center (shared services), people technology, and compliance programs. This role serves as the primary connector between our team members, our leaders and our internal functions ensuring smooth execution of core HR processes and initiatives, continuous improvement of people systems, and adherence to legal and policy requirements. This position supports a growing multi-unit environment, leading with a strategic mindset, and hands-on operational expertise.
